A project manager’s role will include, but not limited to the following:
- Set project budget.
- Study and understand assigned projects,
- Review estimate with the estimator to create final project budget.
- Review contract and make a checklist of what is needed to successfully complete the project.
- Establish communication with the project team, as required to ensure to smooth project completion.
- Understand and monitor project schedule.
- Work with Project Foreman to ensure materials, equipment and labor are scheduled on time to meet.
